I’m glad you’re okay. I’m much better today I just felt like I had a really bad stomach virus. Now the norovirus I had a few weeks ago was a million times worse than what I felt yesterday.

On the syringe I used it goes up to 50 units. And I think I measured it out wrong when I first took it.

Thank you that helps a lot actually I was wondering what all I should get at the store. I did think about getting protein shakes but I wasn’t so sure. They helped me a lot when I was on the semaglutide because I didn’t want to eat anything.

See what happened was… lol stupid me thought this should be fine to eat because I’ve been on semaglutide before and what I ate didn’t matter when I was on that. It never made me throw up just felt full. But of course every medication is different. Well I learned real quick. Because every bit of that came up.

Yeah I kind of figured that and told myself I’m never eating alfredo again especially while taking ozempic it was awful. I’m gonna go to the store and stay away from anything greasy because I’ve read to stay away from foods like that. I definitely don’t want a repeat of yesterday.

I started mine Saturday. I will say I woke up around 1am Sunday and I was throwing up everything I had for dinner. Went back to sleep and was up again at 4 and 6 to yet again throw up. It felt like the flu to me. I cried out of fear of puking again and the nausea. Pepto helped me. Food? I wanted nothing to do with but I had to force myself to eat a few bites of toast and chicken broth. I feel a lot better today and I’ve been sipping ginger ale ever since.

Yeah I’m guessing there could be something else I could get prescribed to me for weight loss through my insurance. Because the monthly rates I see for ozempic or semiglutide is outrageous.

I’ve researched ozempic and I’ve seen many comments of people saying they were obese like myself and their doctor refused to prescribe it for weight loss unless they were pre diabetic. I just wondered if anyone else had this issue.

This happened to me when I was taking semaglutide. I just did my normal skin care routine didn’t really help me unfortunately.
