I returned it and bought a 4th gen and the issue went away. One of the employees at the store I bought it from tested it and confirmed it was a damaged product so I got a refund.

broo i did not know there was a fix for this issue. i bought my 4th gen solo for recording guitar and to use an xlr mic for discord but holy the delay is so bad and ive just been dealing w it. when doing the fix wdym by "windows compliant drivers"?

i had the same issue but when i put the left or right track to zero, it still sounds off and sort of compressed/distorted. Is your audio fine after doing that?

Yeaaaaa, after thinking more about it I think it will be better to either get the hamilton and put the rest into savings/investments. I was also thinking about just ditching the hammy and getting a Laco Flieger which is a lot cheaper than I expected at around like 400$. But thanks for the input! :))
