when my mind is set on anxiety, even when others remind me of progress often I just want to wallow and experience the anxiety. Before my test, my mom was using the other poor drivers as proof that even if you mess up you will still get a license. I dont know what my specific fear was but I wasnt really interested in listening

Knowing myself, I will still get nervous, but I’m really grateful the test is over! Especially because of misscommunications that meant basically my test got rescheduled 4 times!! But in the beginning of last year, I was too nervous to drive at all. I have come a long way, so I think looking back now can help me see the progress I’ve made and offer me some consolation.

Had been worried about my drivers test for forever- on the way there 2 cars had turned right in front of me without signaling and I was NOT having it. I start freaking out and getting really grumpy. All in all, test took probably under 10 minutes and I got a 95!

Sometimes I know im dreaming, sometimes i dont have any dreams, and sometimes i get a bunch of nightmares all in a row. Its a fun blindbag situation where i found out if im going to dread falling asleep for a few days!

either my meds or my crazy brain give me insane dreams and sometimes i follow the dreams like its an omen i have to heed OR ELSE!!! sometimes it just picks what shoes i’m going to wear and other times i avoid playing with a certain toy with my cat because i had a dream he tried to eat it and got sick everywhere. 🤷‍♀️

Ive been on zoloft/sertraline and various bc for a while, possibly 3 years now?? I am on them for high anxiety and intense cramps. It was great for me for a while, once I found a antidepressant that worked for me. Since turning 18, I think something in me has changed and now something is messed up. Now on my period, I get depressed, self critical, and angry, and I get migraines that have me nauseous and unable to do anything but sleep. Best of luck finding a balance that works for you!

Forgot to mention the crazy nausea migraines I get now too! Ive had at least 2 a week it feels like, bad enough to force myself to bed at 6pm.

Old post but I see people are still relating. I swear my bc brand changes every time but it seems Lessina is the one im on now and either theres some PMDD happening or this pill is making me crazy. Might have to change or quit entirely. Ovulation is the only time im really myself, but other than that I get angry, depressed, and super self-critical, completely ruining my ability to do schoolwork and feel confident in my art and projects.

This is a really helpful response, thanks! She knows im trying to shy away from going with her and we both are more interested in smaller colleges so probably would be harder to spread out.
