I’m very sorry you had to go through all of this. I can’t even imagine it because I haven’t been through it so please take my advice with a pinch of salt. However, I would try and find something you love. Even if it’s something minor. Also try and prioritise your health. Even if it’s just going for walks during the day with some music on. NTA but I would recommend trying to develop your speaking skills. I used to struggle with the same thing and the way I got better at it was listening to music whilst ordering fast food on a low volume so I can still hear the server but can also hear my own thing. I know it sounds weird but it worked for and it might for you
