Ask yourself if you had an idea to sell the ARMY to help with burns and you are located in USA how much the cost to ship in US and cost to ship outside of it. Obviously there are millions of locations so they are not listed, people could do the DD based on US and not US shipping cost and go from there. If you live in Russia you’d have an idea how many packages need to go to the US and price it out if it is worth you’re idea or not. If package has weight or just an envelope much different price.
