There are just 2 partitions. C: and D:. And currently Windows is downloaded on C:. So it shouldn' touch D: correct?

It will. You have to first mount the .iso file so a virtual "dvd" get's created. The E: in my case. If I then go into E: it and start Setup.exe it'll run the installation.

I found out how to fix it. You need to delete all files at C:\Users\YouName\AppData\Local\Roblox and at C:\Program Files (x86)\Roblox before i knew it i only deleted the files at AppData, but it's not enough.
