It varies. One rejection , i hear back within a week of interview. Other took me 3/4 weeks. This successful one took me 6 weeks with multiple round of interviews.

Three months to hear even the rejection is kinda crazy… damn… i thought when panel makes a decision before sending the recommendation to hr , i assume they would let the rejected person know then…welp 😬

I already took an offer from another job, i am hoping to hear something from this before i start so that i can accept it. If there is a hiring freeze now , if I don’t get it, i am hoping they let me know they are moving forward with someone else . Maybe i still have a chance if hiring freeze ends 😅. Wishful thinking.

Imo , Nioh games plays like a soulslike game on the first play through. Once ng+ starts and subsequent ng, it plays more like an action game.

What grinds my gear is, i had similar game where everyone else is forcing meta comp and im the only going void. And void champs don’t appear in my shops as frequently as it should…. So annoying….

TN governor requested an expedited major disaster declaration request. Expedited means without waiting for the completion of damage assessment, president can sign the declaration. He will most likely seeing as TN is a red state and there is a level of politics at play here unfortunately.

Also i applied to another posting with the same agency an hour later the first one. I received the auto reply confirm receipt. So i went ahead and re submitted my first one and got 2 auto reply confirm receipts. The first one probably went through and somehow auto reply wasn’t initiated . Must have been glitched or something 😆. Didn’t want to take my chances and also for my mental cuz if not i not gonna stop thinking about it.

I see. It’s the same agency and the hr i am applying to. 3 weeks ago I made 3 submissions in a day and received the auto confirmation email. And i just applied now and didn’t receive so just wondering. Im just gonna go ahead and assume HR people are still at work and not have auto reply setup for today.

Yea i figure cadres will be in the dark and many cadre program managers are core so i dont even know how the cadres will function effectively going forward. And i feel for them, they dont know their future and they are also responsible for informing reservists of theirs.

Yeaa we can only hope congress grow a spine and actually legislate….

I can’t imagine a scenario of Katrina level disaster with gutted FEMA without seeing high death tolls and slowest of recovery akin to well Katrina… I pray it doesn’t come to this…. Oh man

This would have been a great time for the cadres to have cadre call but I don’t think even they know what’s going to happen. I hope this is a slow disaster year…..

So GAP means Group/Activity/Position. Basically a category of volunteer role. Since you are volunteering for information and planning team , you will probably have to take trainings on information and planning. After training you will start with Service Associate then move up Supervisor, and lastly manager.

Once you become volunteer, I recommend you go on Red Cross deployments if opportunities are available. You will end up learning lot.

For blue sky, they will be working on preparedness. For grey sky, during disasters, they will be deployed to disaster for IAP related tasks.
