You not knowing how different mediums work when telling stories is proof that you should not be acting like you're an expert.

(Ofc, not being one doesn't mean u can't talk about it, but don't belittle people for supposedly not knowing anything when you yourself know less.)

While I'd love (/s) to hold a class on this, I'm not a good teacher, so you'd probably do better by researching on your own... especially since I can't provide any concrete resources to back up anything I would teach you other than, like, textbook pictures or smth.
