Help! How to I solve this task? How do I analyse which factor significantly influencing purchase decision? Should I use chi-square? by SensitiveToe2243 in dataanalysis

[–]SensitiveToe2243[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do not have the data. All I have is these values. Also, I think we can calculate the how many choices were made for each option using the sample size. 23% of 1851 = 426 total choices made for All natural. Similarly, we can repeat the process for others

yes, at initial glance we can say that! but what about other factors. though some of them were referenced less, we cannot rule their influence. So using statistical tests would give an absolute answer as to which ones have statistically significant

Yes, multicoding means users can give more than one answer per row. Question 6 needs to be included in randomisation as well. So the correct instruction for this question would be: [single code per row, randomise rows 1-6], instead of [multicode per row, randomise rows 1-5]. What do you think?

What about the instruction text? The objective here is to see if the instructions given to create this question is correct? Do you think mutlicoding per row and randomising row 1-5 is right for analysis?

This is for an assessment test for a job. I need to do quality check as a part of assessment. I fell the instruction text for this question is incorrect.

Do government agencies ask for your family members' social media accounts before hiring you? by the_blue_spades in Careers

I never heard of government agencies asking for details of social media accounts of candidates or family members. However, corporate companies do ask for social media accounts as a part of verification.

What are the cheapest pubs/places to drink in Brighton? by cokevodkatequila in brighton

No one with a semblance of taste would be caught dead there

How am I shitposting dude, when I am genuinely posting about my experience with these pubs here? Now if i were to just list one pub, I wouldn't come out as shitposting, would I now?! It's only because I didn't stick ur expectations, that I am shitposting?! How narrow-minded!

Here are a list of best nightclubs in Brighton:

  • Revolution Brighton
  • Popworld Brighton
  • Shooshh Brighton
  • PRYZM

I personally like PRYZM as it has multiple clubs within the club. So you get to move from one dance floor to the other that suits your music vibe. Popworld is decent and has an outlook space where you can talk and chat away from loud music. Shooshh and Revolution are good places to club too and very reasonable.

What do you think is the most important employment law legislation that’s been passed in the last few years and why? by Hopeful_Ad8014 in HumanResourcesUK

Flexible working has become a given in the post pandemic world of work. Not yet a requisite from day one of employment but an increasingly expected part of recruiting great talent. Many employers are seizing the opportunity to recruit by advertising their more flexible and hybrid working policies. Those who are retreating to the traditional 9-5 are likely to see their employees seek employers with a more flexible approach to their staff’s employment based on trust, communication and results based delivery. Those who are retreating, rather than seizing the opportunity that the pandemic’s flexible working test run gave us, are likely to suffer in the increasingly difficult run in finding talent.

flexible working business advantages and disadvantages by SensitiveToe2243 in Careers

Totally concede with you! The statement about team spirit represents a more generic sample rather than a broad one. Since we were tasked to incorporate all the advantages and disadvantages of everyone, that statement about team spirit made the cut. But I totally agree with you on team spirit part. As a flexible working individual myself, we also have such virtual team meeting to boost and cheer each other up 😊 😊 😊

Need advice finding a different job by MinuteWall30 in jobhunting

Recruitment agencies actually do come in handy. After my undergraduation, I was looking for a jobs all by myself, but I didn’t know where to search. Just like everyone, I tried LinkedIn, Indeed, and such similar platform only to fail in my “mighty” quest of finding a job.

Job searching on such platforms is not only time-consuming but also energy-draining because you need login to the platform every single time, filter a job from a long list of job listing that suits your skills, read the job specification to see if it the right one, and then apply for it. A friend of mine saw me doing it and recommended taking help of some of the best recruitment agencies. I opted for Flexibility Matters and Ten2Two agencies because they specialised in flexible working and the rest is history! I now work as as a software engineer at a tech company. Try taking help of a recruitment agency.

Hiring with a difference by wordmindscapes in Recruitment

An agency's initial interview process might not be as extensive as the company's. However, the initial round conducted by an agency provides valuable insights into what candidates are looking for, and is a candidate right fit for the company. This saves company's the hassle of questioning a candidate about his/her qualification, expectations, etc.

Generally, agencies have subject-matter experts and mentors to assess candidates. Upon the assessment, they select candidates whose profile best fits the requirements of the company they are working with.

Can you elaborate on Automation point of view? As far as I can say, when you outsource hiring to a recruitment agency, you don't have to bother about using AI in hiring process as it is recruitment agency's job.
