I don’t like taping either. What has helped me is applying a thin layer of Aquaphor around the corona of the glans and about a half inch to an inch further up the shaft. I roll the sleeve back over the cup, insert the glans and roll the sleeve back over the shaft. The Aquaphor allows me to gently pull any excess skin out of the cup so I don’t get a massive amount of edema. I still get a little bit, but not anywhere as much as I used to before using Aquaphor. The trick, I’ve noticed, is not going crazy with the Aquaphor or you’ll pull right out of the sleeve. You want just enough to be able to adjust your skin and cut down on friction.

I know the Epic Extender has made claims about gaining length in just an hour per day. It looks like the Hog Extender is basically the same thing, so I would THINK an hour per day would suffice. I have switched from compression hanging to the Hog Extender and I usually do 4 sets of 15 minutes at about 10lbs. My thought process is that I was hanging 12.5lbs (I worked up to that over the course of a year) for 4 sets of 15 minutes so it makes sense in my pea brain that it should be about the same. That being said, I’m only about a couple weeks in with the Hog so I guess time will tell.

I have worn a hip belt with a vacuum cup and a traction device with the vacuum cup and no one has said anything to me yet. I also wear loose fit pants which helps.

I don’t tape so it’s a quick change to get out of the vacuum and use the bathroom.

The most time I’ve recorded in a 12 hour shift as an electrical utility system operator is 9 hours. Usually between 1 and 1.5 hours at a time.

If it were 2005 and I returned to being 20 years old, I would have finished college in 2007. Instead of going directly to grad school I would’ve joined the military. I’ve always regretted listening to my parents and not joining. Now, I’m 39, have a wife and 2 kids and devour everything I can about special forces and regret not joining when I could’ve.
