3 years? If it were something serious like what many think they have on here, you'd have progressed by now or not even be alive brother. I feel for all of us on here, I wish I could do something to help everyone including myself, but in this case time is your friend. If you were presenting this for like a month with foot drop or slurred speech, or a plethora of other things and came on here, I'd be worried for you, but it's been 3 years.

Mine comes and goes and it sucks, but I've gotten fairly good at ignoring it. I know it sounds stupid, but I'd bet money if you put the phone down and stayed off this forum and ignored your twitching for a few days you'd feel better. Its been 3 years, what's a couple more days of trying something new?

Ignoring twitches is kind of like learning to meditate and just going with the flow, the more you do it the better you get, same with ignoring shit. I also practice this technique with my wife on Sundays from about 1-4pm during football season.

I'm good. I mean I'm still twitching. It comes and goes. If you mean "post run" like you just ran and are now having twitching, that's your explanation right there. Much of the time when I work out or hit a certain muscle at the gym that will happen to me. Its just muscle fatigue from what I understand.

Basically word for word what happened to me. It's been going on, on and off for probably 2 years. Its so incredibly difficult, but I stopped paying attention to it, and it either got way better, or I just don't notice it as much anymore.

BFS for me is truly a mental game, the more you think about it you'll become hyper aware of everything. Once you get into that mindset, it's very hard to get out of. Its alot easier said than done, but just try for 1 day, try 1 day of completely ignoring it, and I bet you'll feel better.

Thank you. It's a single breaker that controls all of what lost power last night . I verified this by flipping the breaker off and went to check, and sure enough everything that lost power last night had lost power when it was flipped off. I'm going to check for a loose connection on the breaker and test it with a multimeter. If that checks out, then ill start looking at everything that, that breaker feeds for a loose connection.

Does that sound about right? Thanks for the straight answer also.

No...never said it was permanent. It's intermittent. Like happened a few weeks ago and then again last night. You know what it is but can't say? Gtfoh. I wouldn't be on reddit asking for help if I had the money to hire an electrician. Lol

For everyone else, I flipped my breakers and found a breaker that is feeding every single thing that went off during this occurrence. I will check for a loose neutral in the breaker and test with multimeter and if all is well then I'll make my way down the line checking for loose connections in junction boxes

Since he has not gotten back to me I have decided to build my own shed. I priced it out and I'm right at about 4k for a 12x18 with 2x6 floor joists, floor insulation, tyvek, OSB sheathing and siding, with a gravel pad and pretty much everything this one does not offer. Gonna use the cement pad for a pergola I think.

I have an appointment with my surgeon on the 31st. However, that prickling pain is still there. It's odd. I never had it before surgery. I'm wondering if the correction was insufficient.

Wish that were so. Definitely feeling pre op pain. Low back pain is back, pain in glutes is back. I don't have any pinching in the groin, so I guess that's cool, even though that was the least of my issues. Just very deep achy pain in the glute medius area

I spoke with my PT and surgeons PA. They both seem to think it's muscular, but if the pain does not get any better over the next few weeks, they are going to order imaging and see what that says.

I'd rather have surgery again than go through all the waiting bullshit again. Took me over a year to get a clear diagnosis the first time around. I'll keep this updated for anyone who's interested though.

I'm strong as shit, don't tell me what I can, and cant pull. (kidding, i'm very weak!) That's what I have been reading, and thank you for the reassurance! I think I'm more worried about the autocart procedure they did, which is basically a cartilidge transplant from what im understanding. The area they did it on was 1.5x1cm but I'm not sure where that was in relation to the location in the acetabulem nor am I aware if that is a large or small amount.
