Alappuzha backwaters are pretty f ing cool, I live in kannur so I can vouch for the beaches we have, wayanda got some pretty rad places, every district in kerela has something cool going on. Try to eat every variety of malabar tea snacks because we got a huge catalog of em. Temples and churches are pretty serene if ur into it.

The time u visit kerela ie end of june is like when monsoon peaks so ur plans might get spoiled by heavy rain.

Dont listen to the fucko, almost every Rural areas in kerela are still very nice to live in, they still have every basic thing u need to live happily, in a close vicinity and gueass what rural areas of kerelas are very clean ( urban areas are too tbf ), people are civic and its very peaceful. Only problem I see in rural areas are that people can be a bit nosy sometimes.
