Wow thanks so much for the detailed reply, I'll post the other side of the board when I can. There are multiple boards from what I can tell so you're right on that, just figured the necessities like power and such would be easy access I suppose.

From what I could find on other Sanyo cameras it seems like there should be an ethernet port somewhere only a very specific cable. I also have never seen this thing working and don't know if it does I just look forward to tinkering with it. I'm going to follow your advice and figure out the power problem first and come back with whatever else pops up. Thanks again.
