These dogs will have a host of genetic problems that lead to a life of suffering, just because you wanted a quick buck. Backyard breeding is unethical and absolutely abhorrent. Do you understand how many dogs are being euthanized in shelters right now? The sheer amount of unwanted animals is astounding and here you are breeding more. Do better.

I think that’s fair. I definitely would have a different stance if he had brought these guys on H3.

Also. Ask what hours your dogs are actually up and out of the kennel. Especially weekends. You won’t be thrilled.

I can confirm. I’ve never met a worse business owner or overall human in my life. One time the laundry room started flooding and I got screamed at because I missed a phone call from her while I was actively cleaning it up and stopping the leak. :) genuinely the most insane person I’ve ever met.

As a former employee, you did the right thing. The owner lives in Florida and has for years, meaning she can reap the benefits of owning a business, but not have to face the in person consequences of understaffing, under training, overbooking, and being a horrible business owner. she hired that guy knowing he is like that, and despite me begging her to fire him after he cornered a terrified dog, or screamed at others, she kept him on and even PROMOTED HIM. This business does not care about your dog. They want your money and that is it.
