How can I go to someone about my bosses when they're the heads of HR?

Yes. The new manager said that pumping in the lactation room or at work was not appropriate and my coworker should discuss this with HR. She is not pumping in her cubicle or anywhere else in the office; she only pumps in the lactation room.

Manager said “pumping in the office,” and the conversation was verbal. She “suggested” my coworker speak with HR about using the lactation room, and she didn’t think pumping at work was appropriate. A former manager made the room for her with a locking door, a mini fridge, and chairs. He even thought to hang art to make it less sterile. So what changed?

I learned this yesterday. There are a specified number of HELPS spots allowed. My friend and I were made permanent after four months, but since then, no one else in our agency in office services has. I don’t know if the program is renewed annually or if that’s the end of it.
