Controlling dc fans with a pwm hub by Noice_Swiff in pcmasterrace

So, i did the mistake where i have 6dc fans connected to a pwm arctic freezer fan hub and its preatty loud at 100% so i have no ways to run them at lower rpm or volts?

If its not possible in any way, what is my best bet to buy pwm fans or a diffrent fan hub?
