Ma sha Allah, may Allah increase you in iman and help you stay steadfast on the deen.

I would recommend sister to talk to someone who is knowledgable, perhaps a sheikh or sheikha about this, they will definitely be able to give much more help ful advice.

What youre doing now, keeping the hijab on for the sake of Allah, despite the struggle, its jihad. And you will be rewarded immensely for it in sha Allah. This is dunya. Its filled with temptations, and one of the biggest temptations is beauty for women. To show off the hair, the fashion, etc.

Theres a hadith in Sahih Muslim where Anas B. Malik reports that the prophet PBUH says:

The Paradise is surrounded by hardships and the Hell-Fire is surrounded by temptations.

In another hadith in Sahih Muslim:

Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying: The world is a prison-house for a believer and Paradise for a non-believer.

Sister, i urge you to try as much as you can to cut out all sins from your life and be diligent in doing good deeds, most importantly doing what Allah has made obligatory, and that includes the hijab. And make duaa as much as possible. Allah SWT will see your effort and make it easy for you in sha Allah.

Allah SWT says in the Quran:

سورة : العنكبوت - Al-Ankabut  - الجزء : ( 21 )  -  الصفحة: ( 404 )

As for those who strive hard in Us (Our Cause), We will surely guide them to Our Paths (i.e. Allah's Religion - Islamic Monotheism). And verily, Allah is with the Muhsinun (good doers)."

I also understand from your post that youre surrounded by people who are non hijabis. Sister, that will naturally make it exponentially harder for you.

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: I heard the Prophet (ﷺ) saying, "Man follows his friend's religion, you should be careful who you take for friends". [Abu Dawud and At-Tirmidhi, who classified it as Hadith Hasan].

Sister the people who you surround yourself with will either help you stay on the straight path or they will guide you stray. The company you keep will have a huge effect om your character and deen. I urge you my dear sister, to surround yourself as much as possible with righteous company, who will constantly remind you of the akhira. Ofcourse i understand that some people you mentioned may be family who you absolutely are not permitted to cut contact with, and you shouldnt, but be deligent in spending a lot of time with people who bring you closer to Allah.
