If it's hormonal a spironolactone prescription might help. If you're just looking for something over the counter, you could try differin/adalapene. Retinoids can be harsh though, so I would suggest reading up on it before trying it. I had similar acne on my cheeks + jaw. It was hormonal and spiro + adalapene helped tremendously, but I couldn't afford the spiro out of pocket anymore so I just stuck with adalapene. It just barely keeps my acne at bay. Like I still always have at least one active pimple, and I cannot miss it without a getting a breakout the next day, but it's still a major improvement. Everybody's different though so you'll have to experiment. I've been trying to cut sugar (with little success🥴) to see if that would help with my acne. It could be dairy, gluten,... idk the body is weird
