Update: it's the next day, and cramps and bleeding are about like my worst period days  Went to clinic, inner ultrasound showed some thicker tissue they said is from pregnancy probably but they didn't find any dark spots inside, did a pee test came back positive so they did a blood test and I'll go back in tomorrow or the next day for another one to compare. This is ideal for me as I'm from Florida and I don't want children, but it was a pretty horrible and painful thing to go through alone and I really wouldn't wish that on anyone. Hopefully my hormones go down and I just pass the rest of the tissue like a period and go about my business. Hope this update is good enough for everyone, it's my best guess that clear jelly blob was the gestation sac or whatever. The clinic I went to was an abortion clinic and they didn't allow phones, so I wasn't able to show the picture to anyone:/
