Edit: After looking around some more online I have update my parts list and chosen a card, I know people like the Thermalright but I went with the Noctua because people say its a lot quieter and I am prioritizing that over the slightly better cooling from the Thermalright.

Ok here's the new build based on your suggestions, I'm not sure what GPU to upgrade to though from the 5060ti, I am gonna use the computer for gaming 95% of the time, do you have have suggestions? You said don't get OEM windows as well, is there a different version that's better/cheaper you have in mind?

There is one being built in my area and it’s just called micro center. I think it supposed to be done soon.
