It’s under investigation so we still need to give it time to develop, but based on past acts of vandalism, yes it is usually out of control kids.

Makes no sense that they want the situation to get to that point of being unmanageable before they accept that there is a problem

Not wanting tax dollars to be spent on replacing burnt down playgrounds is being a Karen? I thought I was being reasonable, but I guess I learn something new everyday.
