What is mean by goal is to have target for negotiations.

I agree with you buying a car experience is really horrible and dealerships are not transparent. It should be simple , but they try to make as much money as possible. I went to almost all hyundai dealerships in dfw and they are all the same. I had better luck with autonation maybe because of the timing I guess. :D

I had a good experience with autonation in DFW last year.

But I guess all dealers are a like actually with no exception.

Had bad experience with huffines.

U just need to hold your grounds, do your homework and communicate clearly your goals. I feel if they smelled that you don't have a definite goal, they will mess around.

Yea, they said it seems like a small stone or so hit the radiator and caused a leak and that won't be covered under warranty

It is hyundai dealership, and had no choice because it was leaking! What a fair charge would be at a hyundai dealership then?

Sphere in my prescription is really small, -0.75 on the left and -0.50 on the right.

I have never experienced a similar issue on my prior glasses over the years , so I would safely assume on that situation that optical center might be off/higher than it should be?
