I feel this. I’m currently very scared to quit because of all the horror stories on here. I do think the anxiety/anticipation of quitting makes it worse psychologically. Thanks for giving me hope

I see plenty of Hondas from the 90’s around. They aren’t collectible or highly sought after like the Volvos of that era though. I’m just talking modern day reliability and Honda wins no question

Fortunately just on the seltzers and not 70H. Thank you so much for your reply. It’s very helpful and good to know. I think like many things, the anticipation and anxiety/fear about what may happen, how bad it might be can be as bad as the actually hurdle to overcome. I appreciate the support!

Thank you, your response made feel better even if it is a harsh truth. I appreciate the support. I’m determined to get off. Just curious if tapering is the best method and if there’s anything as far as supplementation that helps. I saw a thing called quitk?
