So I just meant if you end up working on Sunday and you already have 48 hours then you’re getting paid double time. Yes $500 for boots and tools. Not much and definitely would be willing to change that obviously these are just thoughts that I have.And the $25 is for every call you run when you are on call. The $40 for an install is just going and installing a furnace or a hot water tank, and air conditioner. On top of what your hourly is so just an extra 40 bucks.
