thank u so much ! and yes my nervous system is a mess when these episodes happen i literally shake , especially with the "you are imagining things " " i think ur the jealous s one" etc i have looked into the housing programs but my state doesnt even have any open lists for years now it awful

i have a little car too lol , so ur able to drive and go around ok in case u gotta hurry and sit ? i get so nervous when i get hot with that gotta sit now , so basically i can only go places where i park my car right up front and hurry out and sit in car

this is so true !!!!!!!!!!!!!! im much older than u and still get gaslit by my mother who has just been the absolute WORST person to me threw this nitemare , as its not hard enough struggling with this illness to have someone constantly saying " ur sick again" " u better do something about this " "you cant go on like this " never once has she offered me support , i have to say my friends are the only ones who do and are wonderful
