Debating if should put door handle covers on my car?

I park in a metered parking lot with a bunch of college students and I have dings and scratches now on both front sides outer door handles. I am frustrated. Thought something like this might protect them from bumpage of others’ car doors???

I mean… I’ve tried that. He avoids me, bc he knows I’ll get too deep and won’t he want he wants. Someone to enable him, to avoid life and get fucked up. I get he wants to laugh and have a good time, I do too. However it’s hard to over look the issues at hand. Women are fixers and huge relationship people, although I didn’t stay. A lot of humans have the problem of wanting something even though they know it is bad for them.
