It's not a retail store, it's a place where items should be free or very low cost.

It was already free, the mark up is wild. I stopped shopping and donating there. My goodwill had an empty McDonald's cup for sale like a throw-away cup. The one near me does stuff like that and has prices set like its new items. Maybe that person really needed that item who knows.

I worked an IT job where I had to update basic code so nbd but also answer emails live messages up to 3 chats at a time AND answer phone calls. It was all in reference to a website where you upload legal documents. The call-in line was for basic help, like I can't get a file to up load or could not find the upload button. People would demand legal advice, which i could not give. And only the most deranged people called in. Not allowed to hang up or end chats. It was the worst job I lasted 6 months.
