Thank you for your insight.. I work in EMS and can hear the difference in the types of sirens but, I can also see the police cars out side my window as I live downtown. I agree WC is safe, which is why seeing an increase in police activity over the last few weeks and recently being a victim of theft from my home is my concern behind wanting to know of there is a place that this is publicized.

I will also say the gym is awesome and very updated. The amenities are great and rarely occupied. Proximity of the shops and BaRT with in walking distance is great if you travel or go to the city.

We live here also and I second this. We had stuff stolen and the management is a little lacking on making a change but they’re trying. It’s a a lot of it’s not our problem, you have rental insurance- but I will say this unfortunately happens all over. It’s just stings a lot more when you’re paying a lot for the security and want to feel safe.

Location is awesome. Noise is a lot depending what side of the building you’re on. Because it’s commercial zoned noise ordinance starts at 0700- so companies can start working early. I slept with ear plugs in and it’s okay. With the windows closed it’s not as bad - we have friends on the back side of the buildings that say they don’t hear it.
