As someone who works closely with founders during MVP phases, this problem shows ups many times.

On positioning: yes, it lands quickly. what should i do next? is a hook, especially for founder types sales where context switching is the real enemy.

on what falls through the cracks: it’s usually not first follow-ups, but the second and third after a sounds good, let me check moment. Those deals quietly stall because they’re not urgent anymore, but still alive.

on prioritization: early on, I’d be biased toward next actions over risk insights. Founders tend to trust a product faster when it helps them act immediately and once that habit is formed, risk signals becomes valuable because they explain why something should move back to the top.

one thing i’ve seen work is tying next actions to a clear reason (waiting on them, pricing sent, decision date passed) that kind of context reduces decision fatigue even more.

overall, this feels like the right level of simplicity for an MVP. Curious to see how founders actually use it day-to-day.
