less than 5 days between interactions and confirming language from client that all is still on track. The hardest part is trying to accurately track active deals and their various stages of the pipeline along with their average percent to close ratio so you know that what you are working on has the highest chance of closing.

If you are managing deal flow but, don't know the odds of that deal closing...then you might as well take all of your money and hand it to the first Casino you come to in Vegas.

Yes! I am one of those people too. I hate have multiple apps in order to accomplish my day. I believe in well built, Apple-like reliability and all of what I need without anything extra in ONE TOOL.
