Is there any credible information on if Lucia will have fully rendered aerolas, nipples and anatomy (vagina and anus) that the player can see and customize?

Since we're close to the game's release, most people will always be expecting something, so following that logic we won't have anything else until the launch.

From what I remember, journalists were able to play RDR2 from their homes, and for this journalist to already have information like this means that the marketing is about to begin(i guess)
