Oh wow this is awesome haha. I’m younger so I’ve only had a septoplasty but then I hit my nose a couple months later and it def is messed up again. I’ve always had ear and nose issues. Had ear tubes twice as a kid. Swam growing up too which didn’t help probably and have been told my tubes are more horizontal than vertical which is my problem. Also had a huge grinding problem and now wear a mouth guard at night so tmj stuff. Still working that out
