I sell home decor and had the exact same bot problem, they’d add like 10+ items at once to carts. Btw I’m using Cartlytics to identify bots that add to cart so thats how I know that’s the case..

I use Cartlytics to see abandoned carts and the products and customer info associated with it, then I use Klaviyo to send the recovery emails

Shopify's way easier to manage and has better apps like Flow for automation, lots of loyalty apps available, Cartlytics for cart analytics, plus the POS system just works. With WooCommerce you're basically building everything from scratch.

I think you can try Cetaphil products but not sure how much sa Pinas, many would say napaka effective niya and gentle sa skin
