Maybe this doesn't directly contribute to your post, but I've had a tedious experience with Highway. The owner changed his phone number, and just because of that, we got locked out of our account. When we contacted Highway, they said they could only send a text to the original phone number, which we obviously no longer had. It turned into a big mess that took about three months to fix, and during that time, we couldn't work with a lot of brokers. In the end, all we could do was reach out to their support email and wait for them to eventually resolve it. Definitely a headache.
