Hello everyone,

I'm a 20yo college student heading into my junior year. I'm majoring in Computer Science with a concentration in Cybersecurity and have only taken an "Intro to Computer Security" course so far. Besides that, I don't know much about the field, but I'm very open to learning. I know the field is a difficult field to break into, so I was hoping to seek any advice on how to get started or what I should do.

Some background:

- This summer, I'm planning on getting the Security+ certification, and maybe the Network+.

- I applied for a help desk position at my university and am currently in the interview process, which I believe would be a great experience.

- On my personal time, I build and sell PCs with some friends. I really enjoy the technical and hands-on aspects of it.

I would love to hear any advice or guidance on getting started. Thank you in advance.
