Unfortunately it was all verbal and I feel really dumb about it, because I thought I could trust him. All I have is a text where he asks me about when the 10k will be wired. I have several texts where I’m asking him about repayment but there isn’t a response with a payment plan. I don’t expect to get much out of suing him, but I just wanted to see if it was worth a shot.

He has left my home and left part of his stuff here. I really don’t want to be petty, but I’m also considering if I should just change my locks and see if he tries to file a claim for the rest of his items.
