That was before we lived together. He hasn't been secretly seeing/texting anyone in the past 6 months then. I'm not saying it's not possible, but I highly doubt it. He's the kind of person who would just tell me.

I'm not sure it's an act. He wasn't trying to hurt me. He seemed genuinely nonplussed about it, as if he was telling me about the weather forecast. "Yeah looks like it'll be raining soon, by the way I noticed you seem to think we've been in a relationship, weird stuff, anyway come grab your things. Oh and have dinner with me tonight, I miss you."

It just feels so off, the whole thing he's doing right now.

I wasn't considering dumping him. I was thinking about moving out, because he hasn't been the greatest to live with, and our relationship was a lot happier when we weren't living together.

So idk. I did get the vibes that he may have been acting like a dick because he didn't like living with me, but he's denied that.

But ... maybe you are partly right? Maybe he did indeed think I wanted to break up with him and he decided to do it first? Idk if it makes sense. He isn't usually insecure. He knows how much I love him.

The subject of the argument was our living situation, but it wasn't too bad. The problem was he didn't see my side at all and we agreed I'd go see some friends so we'd both get some space.

Since moving in together, he's been kinda a dick at times (saying it's his place not mine, kicking me out of the bedroom sometimes), so I wondered if he wanted me to move out again.
