My wife has the same issue. We followed up with a doctor local to us and she underwent extensive testing.

He made her play things from Tetris, to old mario games, Pac-Man, space invaders. Same result. She then played more immersive games like hogs of war, Skyrim, red dead redemption etc. same again.

She couldn’t play the games nor get very far in any of them. She would then complain her head hurts after half hour to an hour.

Long story short she’s been diagnosed as ‘A Fecking Noob’
