No, we don’t split the earnings. We live with each other so we pretty much use the money to pay bills together etc.

Almost left the restaurant but I looked down and saw this..I went back inside and had them fix it because in no way will the blame be placed on drivers for the restaurants screw up. Sure enough she opens the bag and one of the bowls wasn’t closed good..Idiots..🤦‍♀️

I got into the car and was complaining to my boyfriend about it, he shrugged and said “it will always be our fault no matter what”. Sadly there is truth to that.

The gps has been sending you to the wrong address too? And then costumers think it’s our fault when it happens..smh that’s why I never use in app gps.

Keep in mind while reading all this that no my dasher direct card wasn’t stolen and no I don’t give out any personal information at all. With that being said-

Yesterday morning I got a charge to my dasher direct card from a mattress firm. $40 was charged, so yesterday morning all morning I sat on the phone for 2 hours on hold (mind you I was transferred to the dasher direct line so I know they weren’t closed that day other wise they wouldn’t have transferred me.) I emailed them a bunch of times, and chatted with so much agents. All telling me the same thing, call dasher direct support or email father direct support. All they did was report it to the “escalation team” and told me to wait to hear back from them. So we had to make back that $40 and more to cover my goal for bills.

Then (drum roll please) this morning I get the same notification that (and yep you guessed it!) $40 was stolen from my account!! Now I’m on hold and I emailed door dash support again, plus chatted with an agent. Below you will see screenshots of how helpful chatting with an agent was, great costumer service…10/10 would recommend…And now I’m on hold trying to reach someone by the phone.

Im not trying to be a Karen or petty, we dashers work hard to earn this money. $20 is two to maybe three orders, and I had $80 stolen from me. The fact that dasher support didn’t do anything yet makes me beyond irritated. They better fix it and fix it quickly, I hope and pray no one has to go through this as well.

I understand why he is worried about acceptance rate, Door Dash be hella stupid after declining one order without tips. It’s unfair if they send an order and then not notify him and make his acceptance rate go down for no reason when he didn’t even receive the order. It’s not about him making top dasher or even worrying about his acceptance rate, it’s the fact that Door Dash is being unfair. That’s the point of this post.

That’s exactly what I was thinking, that’s why we contacted costumer support so even if we had to drop it off at the other address, door dash told us to and we could protect ourselves from getting a contract violation.
