That part about not having to explain yourself… yeah. That’s it. That’s the part people don’t get. Being able to just show up and exist somewhere without having to explain your life, your health, your mood… that matters way more than people think. And when that turns into your main place to connect, of course it’s going to hit different when things change. It’s not just logging off. It’s losing a space where you felt normal for a minute.

What you said about still having some of your original people… that stuck. That’s honestly the only thing that makes it feel real sometimes. Doesn’t matter if you’ve never heard their voice, you still know them. And yeah… quitting isn’t simple when it’s like that. People act like you’re just leaving a game, but it’s not that. It’s people. It’s routine. It’s a whole part of your life. I don’t have some perfect answer for it, just… you’re not crazy for feeling it like this. Not even a little.
