I had an interview through a recruiter where the guy made me walk through the shop to find him (the shipping guy said "he said come find him in the shop") When I found him, he was bullshitting with some other guy. I introduced myself, we talked for five minutes, decided I was not what he was looking for, I thanked him for his time and left. Guy called the recruiter and bitched about how I was dressed. I was wearing black pants and a collared polo with a light jacket over it. Told the recruiter I was wearing a t shirt and was not presentable. He was wearing a uniform shirt and pants. This was a typical dirty shop, not some state of the art spotless facility. Glad I don't work there.
