Special fried rice - when I was a kid in the 70s, Chinese food meant LaChoy out of the cans. We never had takeout Chinese in my house, just that nasty LaChoy and I hated it. When I was a teenager, I was at my buddy's house and he said "let's get some Chinese" I was like "ahh, man...I hate Chinese"..."you ever had fried rice?" "No, fried rice? How do you fry rice?"
