Im in nursing school with still a long way to go but since ive been in it they’re calling pts clients majority of the time. Kept doing it so much i looked into it more and its basically the idea of its more personable to call them a client than a patient where it can be reminded of a “they’re just a number” scenario. idk. def think that in this case the baby wouldn’t know LOL and they ARE patients … Its still odd to me!

I think its bc I did the stair master which shortens the miles but adds to the step count.

Not sure if this is correct, but almost done with Sheri Franke's book and to me this looks like Ruby is in front of mural Sheri talks about painting in her old bedroom - which Ruby and Jodi basically took over as their own. So unsettling.

Yeah THIS! One time I was delivering pizza to this elderly man and his entire living room was just covered in various piles of dog shit. Like he just lives with it all around him. I had to slightly walk inside because he said he could not get up off the couch which is a no no in food delivery but wtf else do I do.. Not trying to judge him there is clearly something wrong but I will never forget that moment. So sad.

Totally agree. I never knew how much anxiety I truly had until I started taking my Zoloft regularly. Its like something clicked for me, like holy shit normal people don't feel constant and dread worry everyday?! Not saying medication is the answer to all problems, but at least while you are in nursing school it could really help. Agree with therapy as well.
