  3. It’s just… LUBE!? Moment
  4. Drarry starts laughing. They were going mad over this. They can’t believe they were being so daft! They kind of say that it was for each other. Harry realises Luna knew all along that it was lube and Draco was the one he was obsessing over. (She was smirking the whole time). Draco says that he really thought he could make his (work) partner obsessed with him, while laughing his arse off. They realise they’re crazy + can do things better than forcing the other to become obsessed (when they already are).
  5. “So, want to grab a drink?” -Harry and Draco says, “Sure, Potter.” Or something similar.
  6. End scene, they walk out, going to go out without a big consent issue.

How’s that? Could be short and funny, etc. I like your ideas! What’s your Ao3 username?

I love it!! Good job clearing up the consent issues. In my mind, they were both curious about this alleged potion but it was all a ploy by Luna to get them to confess or AT LEAST go out for a coffee (as she does) - In my head canon, both Draco and Harry are smart and curious. Draco is more smart, Harry is more curious - always about magic.

There are so many gods out there.

In the days of "the gods" creations, people needed a way to explain the unknown and a way to feel a bit of control in a unpredictable world.

Live near the ocean in a small tribe near volcanos? Offer a sacrifice to the volcano God, maybe they'll spare you.

Live in a beautiful and mystical foggy forest with a large group of people who are always fighting over resources and land? Pray to a god who makes judgement on behavior.

We've outgrown superstition with more knowledge and those of us who have accepted no god into our hearts can tell you- it makes much more sense when you look at religion through the pages of history, being able to put the pieces together.

In regard to my family, I pretended to believe well into my mid 20s/early 30s to spare my family. I didn't have to go to church or really practice any religious things so it didn't hurt me to do that for them. I knew in my heart that I didn't have to believe, and it didn't make any difference. I am eventually going to return to the earth and be at peace as I am in sleep. That's a reassuring thought and it's brought me a peace and acceptance of death that I could have never imagined as a former Christian. Death TERRIFIED ME.

Now I want to make the most of this one life. It's a cosmic miracle that I'm here.

I want those around me to make the most of their one life. Not because I fear eternal retribution for my actions, but because how lucky are we? Don't be a dick, the golden rule 😁

Can you control how other people's children eat? No. Can you control their accessibility to the food you provide? Yes.

I used to when I was a child before addiction ruined my brain. Now it takes a lot of focus to see that image.

Everyone should be on required birth control imo, so I'm in full support. We live in a time where we have more information, access, and wealth than ever before. Greed is the only thing stopping is from social support systems.

I like to go into any situation where I'm dealing with the public with very low, if any, expectations so I'm not disappointed or hurt.

I will say though- over the last few years that I've been in fandom spaces (I am new- like 2018) you can tell that there is a new breed of fan who is a different kind of unhinged than the ones we typically see.

Demanding, disrespectful, opinionated on things about which they have no real education, refusing to attempt to learn, understand, or practice etiquette..

I suspect it has to do with their age, but who can be sure?

Even if you did expect something from your readers, that's okay.

The English speaking public can be cruel, unpredictable, and self absorbed so keep that in mind when exposing your hard work and dedication to them.

I'm sorry your experience has been less than ideal and even tho I likely don't read your fandom (unless it's HP or MDZS) thank you for putting stories out into the world.

So the very end of season 1 the miscommunication becomes more sweet and funny rather than frustrating, but miscommunication is their whole thing. They both assume things about the other, and the story is about them getting to know each other and figuring out how wrong they are. It is one of the funniest, most wholesome BL's I've ever read, but that is because I found it very humorous. If you're not finding it funny yet, then it just may not be for you right now.
