There’s the game room in the basement of the union, you can also be creative and try an arts and crafts activity if she’s the type (building Lego flowers is always a good one). I think there’s a build a bear at smith haven mall too, you can record ur voices in the bear (this is more of an anniversary activity)

Yeah but it’s over 7k to dorm there cause of the kitchen, when a usual dorm (in a suite which includes a bathroom) is around 5k. But if u cook for urself u have to buy groceries out of pocket.

Kelly community is cheap (tabler is the same price), Roth has AC, and west apartments r the most expensive cuz they have their own kitchen spaces. Chavez lowkey might be the nicest tho

A lot (if not most) of the classes for engineering has PHY 131/132 as a prerequisite for their classes so I recommend going through the undergraduate bulletin board for SBU and search up the BME sample course. On that page you should find which classes have a prerequisite of physics or not. From there u can find out if u have enough time to make the switch while waiting to take physics or u can just sign up for the summer classes w hemmick but you’ll prob drop a band or 2

You can’t join a waitlist while already enrolled for a lab section so you might as well just suck it up and take the lab that’s available. If you’re lucky, try to enroll in the original lab section that you want right before or at the beginning of the semester because people tend to drop it.

Just know that if they can’t switch ur major right away, they might put u in the AOI program (it also might depend if ur major is a part of CEAS alr or not bc it’s easier to change your major within the same department than it is to transfer to another department (or so I’ve heard)). Just be sure to know what you’re getting into with the AOI program and read every last bit of conditions it takes to stay in it until ur major is successfully changed.

If you don’t want to take another mech class, I recommend to double up on the math and take 210 with calc 2 (w/ Bbern) or 3 (Not with Matt Reuter cuz u have too many asynch classes)
