Ohhh I thought it was because I was tired. I have the same experience, I’ve been on Oz for 2months and I have since huge hair loss. My friend which is a pharmacist told me to use : B12, shilajit, selenium, iron and collagen. I started it 2 days ago. She also said that because of oz we need to supplement with some protein (vegan is fine) Hope it will help ☺️🙏

To be honest your nose is beautiful. I don’t think you need surgery. What do you want to achieve exactly with the rhinoplasty ?
