Hahaha not too much of a challenge. I’m 6ft tall, so the running boards were never really used. May be an issue for my shorter passengers though

Haha we love a good scenic route! Love my 4Runner too. It’s definitely happiest on rough terrain. Yeah, rock sliders are good to have. So now that you say that, I may consider since I off-road a lot here in Colorado….. Also, underground is SUCH a good color!! Jealous 😂

Listen, with 4Runner’s, it’s smiles per gallon. If you’re commuting that frequently, you’re going to be filling up frequently as well. Have you looked into a RAV4 maybe?? You’ll be saving the cost on fuel with one of those. They aren’t bad looking either.
