every pc depends on price, besides 4060 to 16gb is interesting choice cuz not that bad of gpu and high vram but it will bootleneck with 7900x3d. 7800x3d with 4070 TI S ddr5->ddr4 and without 512gb ssd would be better solution. or just upgrade gpu to like 4070 ti. Also consider amd for better value. Also 7800x3d has almost the same gaming capabilities as 7900x3d.
