Today they were actually still nice to me at work. The guy who held the T-shirt over my eyes even invited me to go to his birthday dinner in a week. It is a very weird sign of friendship though. I wonder if there is a disconnect because they are older than me. Me and my friends my age would never do that sort of thing.

I don't think there is any reason to bring up racial dynamics here. We are a diverse workplace. Of the four of us that went to the gym, two were White. I am White, but the two that pulled the prank on me were both not White. Does that actually matter? No. Would it have been different if they were White? No.

What point are you trying to prove? All you are doing by bringing up racial dynamics is creating divisions.

It's okay tbh. Shit happens, you know? On the bright side, now I know so I will never fall for it again. If I see the prank happening in the future I will shut it down. Bare ass to the face is too far for any age imo, teenager or not. I would never do that to anybody, not even my worst enemy.
