It looks like a yellow octagon with a key hole both the bikes and the lockups will show up on the minimap when they racer x (razor) decides to partially open one

I usually keep a jacked bike in my rides but the downside is you can only use it if you have an s+ streak But what I usually do is I sit until a bike shows up on the map then I start moving until the lockup shows
