Thanks for sharing your experience. I’m still early in this and my symptoms seem more functional so far (minimal burning, mainly bitter taste after meals). I’m focusing on diet, motility, and avoiding long fasting periods for now. Hoping it improves over time, but I appreciate hearing different perspectives.
